Terms of Service

These terms describe how the service operates today. Prices describe the paid plans. Plan and billing details are confirmed directly with each household before activation. A household receives written activation terms before any fee or live configuration applies.

Stillwell provides a dedicated phone number for a household. Calls and texts to that number can be routed to the caregiver, approved fallbacks, or an eligible consent-gated voice. The product includes a caregiver dashboard and family-escalation workflow. Activation is reviewed. Phone networks, power, vendors, and devices fail, so the line is not represented as uninterruptible.

Stillwell is not a medical alert service, not a monitoring center, and not a substitute for 911 or local emergency services. It does not dispatch responders, monitor health, or diagnose anything. Alerts go to the private individuals you chose, who may or may not respond. In a life-threatening emergency, call 911. This limitation is shown before purchase and during setup, not only here.

You may activate a line only with the required consents in place: your attestation of authority to arrange the service, your anti-abuse attestation, the household’s consent to recording and processing where used, and — for a cloned voice — the voice owner’s own recorded consent. Where the loved one has a legal representative, that representative’s consent is required. Misrepresenting authority or consent is grounds for immediate termination.

The service exists to care for the person it is set up for. Using it to isolate them, deceive them for financial or personal gain, exercise control over their finances, or harass anyone ends the service, and we may notify the household’s other contacts when safety requires it. The cloned voice never discusses money, never makes outbound sales calls, and never leaves its household — these limits are enforced in software, not just on this page.

Plans describe the paid-service entitlements. The product model uses soft AI-minute caps and a fallback to approved clips and voicemail.

This section requires counsel approval before paid launch. The service is not a medical alert or monitored-dispatch service, and household contacts may not respond. Nothing in the final terms will limit liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

If these terms change materially, the primary caregiver is notified before the change takes effect, and every consent record stores the policy version in force when it was signed. Governing law and venue: to be completed on counsel review.
