Every other page tells you what the line does. This one tells you what has actually been proved, what has not been proved yet, and exactly where Stillwell stops.
Real calls have come in over the ordinary phone network, to the households set up so far, and the line has answered them. Each one is saved with a short written summary of how it went. On one of those calls the caller said they had fallen and were hurt; the line said so out loud, then rang every contact on that household’s alert list, and the phone network confirmed both alert calls connected and played.
Here is what has not been proved yet. A call connecting is not a person picking up — voicemail connects too, and nothing in the record shows a human heard the alert and acted on it. The alert texts carry no delivery confirmation at all. And the practice run was our own household, not an independent family. Until those are true, we do not claim them.
Prices describe the paid plans. Plan and billing details are confirmed directly with each household before activation.

A cloned voice requires the voice owner’s recorded consent. Revocation disables that voice for the household and starts the governed deletion process.
Every call saves the plain details — when it came in and how long it lasted — and a short written summary. During explicit product testing, turn-level caller and line text capture is enabled as well. Live person-to-person calls are not recorded by this path. Deletion on an automatic schedule is not switched on, and we do not describe it as though it were. Requests to see, correct, revoke, or remove data go through support.
When something on a call needs you, software rings the people you listed, in the order you chose. Nobody here is watching a screen: this is not monitored dispatch. In testing, the phone network has confirmed those calls connected — not that anyone picked up.
